he history of The Ohio State University goes as far back as 1870 and is the one of the largest public universities in the U.S with about 50,000 students enrolled at the Columbus (main) campus. OSU is ranked #21 nationally among public universities. Graduate programs at OSU are ranked among the nation's best, The Fisher College of Business ranks sixth among all public universities in the U.S. OSU also strongly encourages diversity and has developed many diversity programs for students of different nationalities. OSU also take a lot of pride in their football team last year, the Ohio State Buckeyes brought home the national championship to Columbus.

The Ohio State University Charters: With over 900 student organizations at OSU, there are more than enough organizations that students can be a part of, but a group of young women believed there was something lacking at OSU. This group of 7 women, Gina Fong, Esther Lee, Alberta Lui, Aileen Nguyen, Audrey Pai, Helen Son, and Jenny Teng, sought out to establish an organization where women could be part of a sisterhood and at the same time be able to share their ideas and opinions to make a difference in the community. These 7 women decided that the Kappa Phi Lambda Inc. instilled the same values they believed in. With hard work, dedication, and help from each other, these 7 women established a Kappa Phi Lambda colony at The Ohio State University on May 31, 2003. The sisters at Ohio State hope for great things in the future and will represent Kappa Phi Lambda with pride and loyalty. btw: What's a Buckeye? ;)

Aren't they so cute?
